“I hear their voices calling from the other side”

Roxi is drawn up through the night to the City of Mirrors where they encounter a ghostly race of fallen angel kings. They’re long extinct but their ghosts and the City of Mirrors still remain. The angel kings and the City of Mirrors represent the civilization of man and the city is what’s left of it after it’s failure. We don’t know why Roxi was drawn to it or whether it’s force pulled Roxi there, but they’ve crossed over and cannot return.
